Customer-Submitted Images and Materials

If you submit reference images, drawings, sketches, renderings, brand images, product photos, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use and submit those materials for the purpose of product review and customization.

You agree not to submit materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, design rights, or other protected rights.

We may decline requests that appear to copy protected designs, branded products, copyrighted artwork, or third-party intellectual property.

Pricing and Quotations

Prices shown on the website may represent standard product pricing or starting reference pricing.

Production timelines may vary depending on customization requirements, material availability, order volume, production schedule, packaging requirements, and final feasibility review.

We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect customer information, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Standard Shipping - After Production

Shipping begins after production or preparation has been completed.

Estimated shipping dates shown at checkout do not replace the production lead time stated in the product description or Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Custom, made-to-order, or project-based products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production, preparation, procurement, customization, or material purchase has started.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

Product Installation and Use

Customers are responsible for proper installation, assembly, handling, and use of purchased products.

We are not responsible for damage, injury, product failure, or property damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, incorrect assembly, failure to follow instructions, or use outside the intended purpose.

For wall-mounted products such as mirrors, wall art, or décor items, customers are responsible for ensuring proper wall type, anchors, hardware, and installation method.
