Browse our customizable collection, select a standard product, or send us your reference images, drawings, sketches, or project requirements.
2. Select your preferred options.
For listed products, choose the available size and finish options before placing your order.
For custom projects, please share your preferred dimensions, material, finish, structure, quantity, budget range, and target timeline.
3. We review customization and production feasibility.
Our team reviews the design direction, structure, material, packaging, cost, safety, and manufacturing feasibility before confirming the next step.
AI-assisted tools may be used to help organize your request and clarify design direction, but final production decisions are reviewed by our team.
4. Order confirmation and production.
For standard customizable products, production or preparation begins after order confirmation.
For project-based customization, we will provide feedback, estimated cost, lead time, and details that need confirmation before production begins.
5. Production lead time.
Most customizable products require production or preparation time.
Estimated production lead time:
30–45 days after order confirmation
The timeline may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, material availability, and production schedule.
6. Shipping after production.
Shipping begins after production or preparation is completed.
For eligible U.S. orders, checkout may show:

7. Progress updates and final delivery.
For custom or project-based orders, production updates may be shared with photos or videos during the process.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
