Order Processing and Production Time
Most customizable furniture and home décor products require production or preparation time before shipping.

30–45 days after order confirmation
This production timeline may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, material availability, order volume, and final production feasibility review.
For customized or project-based orders, we may contact you to confirm details before production begins.
Shipping Method:
For eligible orders shipping within the United States, we currently offer:
Standard Shipping - After Production: $49.00
Shipping will begin after production or preparation is completed.
The shipping date shown at checkout is an estimated delivery window after the order enters the shipping stage. It does not replace the production lead time listed above.
Shipping Area
We currently support shipping to addresses within the United States.
If you need delivery to another country or region, please contact us before placing an order so we can review shipping feasibility and provide an estimated cost.
Shipping Cost:
A standard shipping fee of $49.00 applies to eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
For oversized, heavy, fragile, remote-area, or project-based orders, additional shipping charges may apply. If additional charges are required, we will contact you before proceeding.
Order Confirmation:
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
For customizable products, we may review your selected options, product details, and production requirements before confirming the final production arrangement.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time begins after the product has completed production or preparation and has been handed over to the carrier.
Estimated delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, address issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy:
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the shipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Because many of our products are customizable, made-to-order, or project-based, production and shipping timelines may be longer than standard in-stock products.
